Our Founder and President, Robert J. Kanjian, is an attorney, admitted to the Legals Bar in Florida, Maryland, and Washington, DC and is licensed real estate broker in Florida and North Carolina as well as president of Title Matters, LLC, a title company based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He has personally managed more than $2 Billion in new home sales while working with some of the nation’s largest and smallest builders. Bob as he is known to everyone, has a long track record of serving his community and the industry, having held elective office as a Palm Beach County School Board member and Palm Beach County Commissioner, as well as having served on numerous community and industry boards.
Building Solutions LLC was established in 2000 as the answer to Builders with growing pains. For many years Builders have outsourced almost the entire construction process, yet struggled with the need to create, manage and maintain a competent sales team within their organizations or bring in general brokerage sales people to help them market their communities. Building Solutions has become the bottom line answer for those Builders seeking a complete solution to their vexing problems.
The major focus of Building Solutions is to provide superior sales & marketing expertise to its Builders. This is not accomplished by being outside consultants or training a Builder’s team and then running off with a consulting fee, but rather by taking ownership of the entire sales & marketing staff. Building Solutions provides each member of the sales process in each of its communities. To further augment the sales process, Builders can avail themselves of services provided by our affiliates including Title, Mortgage and Insurance services. We have found that the more services a Builder has us provide, the greater degree of control Building Solutions has over the transaction, thus culminating in a greater assurance of an on time closing and proceeds getting to our Builders when they are expected. The bottom line is if it does not close on time, it is Building Solutions' responsibility. There are no excuses!
